NEW YORK (Monitoring Desk) – Facebook has announced the introduction of its Smart Glasses in 2021, which may include a camera. According to Mail Online, Facebook has been working on making these smart glasses since 2017 in partnership with the well-known glasses manufacturer Rayben. More information about these glasses is not yet available, but it is said that these smart glasses will replace smartphones in the future. Experts in Facebook’s reality lab have been working on the project for the past three years.
Wearing smart glasses will bring a graphic display in front of the eyes of the users and through it the users will be able to do many other things besides calls. Michael Abresh, chief scientist at Facebook’s Oculus Research, said of the glasses in 2017: “Soon these glasses will become computing devices. In addition to enhancing the wearer’s memory and instant translation into foreign languages, it will do everything we do with a computer or smartphone.
